Klotho Conference 2026 brings together leading researchers, physicians and biotechnology innovators for two days of scientific presentations, discussion and collaboration.

Our Purpose

The Klotho Conference exists to advance scientific dialogue, collaboration and responsible translation around Klotho biology by bringing together researchers, clinicians, biotechnology leaders, investors and the broader longevity community.

Our goal is to create a forum where emerging research can be shared, challenged and explored, while building connections between scientific discovery, therapeutic development and the future of human health.

Why Klotho?

Decades after the discovery of the Klotho protein, research continues to deepen our understanding of its relationship with aging, brain health, kidney function, cardiovascular biology, muscle health and other areas around human health and longevity.

Today, a growing body of science – alongside emerging therapeutics approaches – is moving the conversation beyond discovery and toward translation, creating new possibilities for how Klotho biology may be applied to human health and longevity.
