CONFERENCE OVERVIEW
Why Klotho. Why Now.
Decades after the discovery of the Klotho protein, research continues to deepen our understanding of its relationship with aging, brain health, kidney function, cardiovascular biology, muscle health and other areas around human health and longevity.
Today, a growing body of science – alongside emerging therapeutics approaches – is moving the conversation beyond discovery and toward translation, creating new possibilities for how Klotho biology may be applied to human health and longevity.
Klotho Conference 2026 brings together the people advancing this work to examine what we know, what we are learning and where the science may go next.
